Oxfordshire FA are the not-for-profit governing body of football in Oxfordshire. Their mission is to grow participation, promote diversity and regulate the game for as many people to enjoy as possible. In Oxfordshire more than 20,000 people play football, there are 200 clubs and over 1,000 teams with thousands of volunteers sustaining the sport.  

The Challenge:

Oxfordshire FA have asked us to support them into how they can best allocate resources, including building new pitches, in socio-economically deprived areas of Oxfordshire to best tackle the rise in poor health and mobility across the county.
