Oxfordshire is one of the most unaffordable places to live anywhere in the UK. Oxfordshire Community Land Trust (OCLT) are working to change this. They seek to make land work for people and planet by acquiring and managing land for community benefit and the relief of poverty across Oxfordshire.  

The Challenge:

OCLT would like us to help them research into an innovative project they are developing that is seeking to create affordable housing using locally sourced and produced building materials. The aim of the project will be to assess the feasibility, create a business case, and research into the impact of the project on the people involved. The idea is that this could be a real case study and model for regenerative building and the circular economy.
