Partner Profile: Good Food Oxfordshire

Good Food Oxfordshire (GFO) are a network of over 150 local organisations, including food businesses, farmers, community groups and institutions, who are working to make the food system in Oxfordshire fairer, healthier and more sustainable.

The Challenge:

The research that they would like our support with is on their Farm2Fork initiative. OxFarm2Fork aims to make it easier for institutions based in Oxfordshire to buy and use food grown in the county creating a shorter supply chain, reinvesting in the local economy, supporting biodiversity and minimising emissions and food waste.

So far 18 Oxford Colleges are part of the Farm2Fork programme and Good Food Oxfordshire would like our help in measuring the impact of the programme on both consumers and suppliers in Oxfordshire.

SDGs Targeted:

SDG8, SDG11, SDG12, SDG13, SDG15
