Speaker
Julie is the Bursar at Pembroke College Oxford. She is also Chair and Founder of Pepal, an international charitable group which develops and inspires leaders to drive social change, connecting businesses with NGOs. Previously, Julie worked for 10 years at the forefront of the global HIV/AIDS response as Director of Finance and Corporate Services at the International HIV/AIDS Alliance and has lived and worked in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Bulgaria and France. An economist by training, Julie has degrees from the University of Cambridge and the London School of Economics. She also has an MBA from INSEAD and is a qualified accountant.
